Perma Blend is a permanent makeup ink manufacturer headquartered outside of Charlotte, NC. The brand has grown and evolved since my time since arriving in August of 2021. Perma Blend sells directly to artists on e-comm, social and digital advertising channels – as well through a community of distributors worldwide.
