Leading and directing a team of talented in-house and freelance designers, videographers and photographers, to design and create assets that support brand growth and sales goals for World Famous Tattoo Ink, Perma Blend and Kuro Sumi Tattoo Ink.
The creative team supports e-commerce sites, social channels, e-mail campaigns, events/conventions, Pro-Teams, distributor partners, Marketplace/wholesale partners for all 3 brands. My teams provides custom content for new product launches, ink features, sales materials, tools and merchandise to support sales goals and brand growth across all platforms.
Developing, designing and creating Perma Blend’s education platform, Perma U. Working closely with the Brand Manager, industry leaders and top PMU artists to create and produce custom content for PMU artists. From designing the set, to directing shoots and providing creative direction and review in the post-production phase of each course, I worked with our team to create a one-of-a-kind PMU education platform.
Leading the creative efforts of launching new product lines of complaint inks in the EU for each of our 3 in-house brands. Designed and supervised all packaging, labeling, go-to Market launches as well as sales materials and assets for distribution and wholesale partners.

Working closely with an outside Creative Agency to plan and produce seasonal photoshoots to highlight top performing styles and collections. With this task includes: product strategy pertaining to sales, selection of models, location, onset team, etc. As well as storyboarding inspiration and styling to support the season's message, tone and aesthetic.
